Many of us who are single often find ourselves dining alone, so we thought it would be fun to get together and explore a different ethnic restaurant on the 18th of each month. Last month, we met at Phat Boy in Coral Springs. Although I enjoy sushi, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The restaurant turned out to be much more than I anticipated, and everyone had a wonderful time. We had 13 single members join us for an enjoyable evening of good food and great conversation. Our next gathering will be on Thursday, June 18th at Atlantic Pho at 5:00p, a Vietnamese restaurant located across from Applebee’s and next to Toasted Cafe. If you’ve never tried pho, it’s a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup made with a flavorful broth, rice, noodles, fresh herbs, and your choice of meat or vegetables. The menu also offers a variety of other traditional Vietnamese dishes.
