When we first got to Lewiston for Mike Victorino we had a lot of thing to setup and organize. About an day after being down there we were blessed to meet Monica. She had worked in Bonner County as PO. She relocated to the Lewiston area. She knew Mike and had come to help. And help she did. She has opened a lot of doors for us here, made sure we had eaten and introduced us to the right people at the right time. She has come to visit almost everyday since. So when she can to the Hospitail tonight Dave and Shannon were not surprised to see her and her husband Gerald.
However after comming in they found out that Gerald was having trouble. He is getting checked out for pain. They have told him he has a large Kidney stone and will go to Pullman tomarrow for treatment. I asked if I could share this with you so you could all be praying for them.
God continues to anwser prayers and we are privileged to be part of His blessings. Thank you all for praying for Gerald and Monica.

Last night as I was watching the North Idaho boat races, I thought about how many of us drag our baggage around behind us. We drag it around until we have a big wreck; never giving any thought about finding a better way of carrying it.
Here is your answer...
"Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken." Psalm 55:22

God loves us more than we can imagine. He is waiting for you to call out to him. He is the trailer for your boat. He promises to carry your burdens.

Heavenly Father, we call out to You this morning asking that You carry our burdens. Father, that Your strength, not ours would sustain us. We know thought the power of Jesus Christ we will never be shaken. Give me the courage to trust in Your promise and the strength to go where You lead. Thank you Lord, that I no longer have to carry my mess behind me, waiting for it to come apart. In Jesus name we pray, AMEN.

Happy Father’s Day Prayer:

Dear heavenly Father, we come to you today on behalf of our fathers. We thank you for the way you have knitted families together. Help fathers to be obedient to Your structure and Your order so that our children will not suffer. May they love their wife's as Christ loved the church.

Lord we pray especially for our fathers and we commit them to You. God will you help them to lead and guide their families; give them supernatural strength, patience and peace to deal with the challenges that they may face. Empower them to be all that You have called them to be, fulfilling their God given purpose. Father we thank you for answering this prayer and we trust in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus name Amen.

What is the anwser to the chaos?

Psalms 118:7-9 NIV
The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I look in triumph on my enemies. It is better to take refuge in the Lord, than to trust in humans. It is better to take refuge in the Lord, than to trust in princes.

Heavenly Father, we come to You this morning for refuge in yet another day filled with chaos. Our friends, brothers and sisters are being persecuted, with no end in sight. We pray our nation would turn to You. We pray as individuals that we would repent and trust in You. We pray for understanding, wisdom, compassion and peace. We know Father, You are the answer. You and only You can bring peace to our nation.

We pray Lord that the country would look to You for answers and not men.
Thank you for your peace. The peace that can only be found as we, as a nation, trust in You. Protect our brothers, sisters and friends who serve, and heal our great land.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen

Blessings, Chaplain Dave Lotze
