Today, the color orange serves as a highly visible, unified call to action to raise public awareness and demand an end to gun violence. Metropolitan Baptist Church we were united in this observance as a church, we wore orange in support of this worthy cause.
The Pastor preached a word, from Genesis 4:10, reminding us that the Blood will cry out unto God from the ground and that Violence, especially Gun violence is not the way. Then our guest speaker, Sister Anita Gibson shared her personal story of how her life has been affected by gun violence.
