This course speaks to the practicality of a Rule of Life, the ascetical life, the mystical life, the basics of mental prayer and relational prayer and how to persevere. It is designed as an introduction into the spiritual life.

Our teachers take you from the first words of Jesus Christ in Scripture to His final act of total self-sacrifice on the Cross. Pulling from Scripture, St. Ignatius, Garrigou-Lagrange, St. Theresa of Avil, St. John of the Cross and more. The eyes of your heart will be opened to the presence of God Within. This course will be taught over 2, 6 week periods on Tuesdays at 7pm.

Forget about cooking this Saturday! Instead come out to the Watermelon Festival in Clyde and have lunch and supper with us!

First support the Clifton-Clyde Knights of Columbus Barbeque lunch and desserts from the St. John's Parish Ladies at 11am!
Afterwards, support the pasta bar hosted by St. Mary's at 6pm for supper! Both meals will be held at the VFW Hall. See you this weekend!

Our parish office has MOVED... next door!!
We are now located in the main St. John church building, in the south classrooms. Our new office hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9am to 4pm. We are closed Monday and Friday.
