Many of us spend our lives trying to become "enough."
Good enough.
Strong enough.
Wise enough.
Spiritual enough.
We compare ourselves to people who seem more gifted, more confident, more qualified.
And quietly wonder if God could ever really use someone like us.
Vance Havner wrote:
"God isn't a talent scout looking for someone who is 'good enough' or 'strong enough.' He is looking for someone with a heart set on Him, and He will do the rest."
God has never built His kingdom on human impressiveness.
He chose shepherds.
Fishermen.
Tax collectors.
Former persecutors.
Ordinary people who simply said yes.
The question was never:
"How talented are you?"
The question is:
"Is your heart His?"
God doesn't call the qualified.
More often than not, He qualifies the willing.
