Since Garden of Innocence Fresno County began providing dignified burials for abandoned babies in 2012, Roy and Donna Bell have led the group. Roy as Director and Donna as chief problem solver and advisor. Multitasking a variety of responsibilities, they provided guidance and support for us all. Donna and Roy are moving out of state, leaving the Garden they have been so devoted to. Services will continue. It will just be little different without them. We wish Roy and Donna well and promise the Garden will be taken care of with love.
