Sonrise Soccer 2026
Welcome to the Fall 2026 Season of Sonrise Sports Soccer! ⚽
The goal of Sonrise Soccer is to provide a fun, family-friendly introduction to the game while teaching fundamentals like dribbling, passing, and sportsmanship. We keep our program to one night a week so your family gets a great sports experience without taking away from your schedule at home!
Season Details 📋
Ages: Pre-K through 1st Grade (all skill levels welcome; advanced K/1st graders may want to consider competitive alternatives)
When: Tuesdays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (please arrive a few minutes early for a prompt start)
Where: Sonrise Church • 3105 Locan Avenue, Clovis, CA 93619 (near Ashlan & Locan) 📍
Season Schedule 🗓️
• Sept 22: Opening Day. Uniform pickup: Church Office 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or at the field at 5:00 PM
• Sept 29, Oct 6, Oct 13, Oct 20: Regular Weekly Sessions
• Oct 27: Final Games & Trophy Ceremony 🏆
Registration & Fees 📝
Limited to the first 100 players
Cost: $80 per player (Checks payable to Sonrise Sports; Visa & MasterCard accepted)
Sibling Discount: $5 off for a second child from the same household
Deadline: Tuesday, September 8, 2026 (a $10 late fee applies after this date)
Rosters & Requests: Rosters distributed by Sept 15. Teammate and coach requests can be noted on the sign-up form.

What’s Included & What to Bring 🎒
Included with Registration:
• Team jersey, shorts, and socks 🎽

• Field equipment (age-appropriate goals and soccer balls provided)
What to Bring:
• Required: Shin guards
• Recommended: Rubber soccer cleats (running/tennis shoes are fine; no metal cleats allowed)
Weekly Flow & Field Rules ⏱️
Supervision: At least one parent/guardian must remain on-site for the entire hour. Parent involvement is always welcome!
Session Format: We kick off together for announcements, prayer, field assignments, and the weekly "FUNdamental" skill before breaking out into field warm-ups and games.

Campus Etiquette: Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and outside food/drinks (concessions also available for purchase). Please pick up all trash after sessions. No smoking or alcohol allowed on church grounds.
