This week's Teen Disciples in Training lesson focused on habits—both good and bad. Using a watermelon and rubber bands, students were given a visual reminder of how sinful habits, compromises, and struggles can slowly build over time. One by one, the rubber bands were added, illustrating that sin, when left unchecked, rarely stays small. It grows and influences the direction of our lives.

But looking back through these pictures, another lesson emerged. The watermelon faded into the background.

The hands became the focus.

Different hands. Different stories. Different backgrounds. All reaching toward the same thing.

What a beautiful reminder of the unity found when God's people gather around His truth, growing together and encouraging one another in faith.
Sometimes the lesson continues long after the lesson is over.

Join us at 10am, as we join in prayer for our nation! This year our president has set aside this day to re-dedicate 🇺🇸 our country back to “One Nation Under GOD!” Our service will be filled with worship, praise, preaching, and prayer.

No matter your political view, if you are a Christian. We must pray for our nation!
