Have you ever noticed something about The Father in this parable…He Didn’t Chase his son.**

• When we’re children of God & He’s taught us, disciplined us, and gave us everything we need LIVE successfully… why do we still choose Death?

• Through Christ, we’re covered. When/If we leave that covering, it’s not Jesus’s duty to come to you, but you must come BACK to Him.

• We celebrate when lost sheep are found & when sheep that buck comes to their senses and return home.

Why are you addicted to His blessings but not His gathering? Heb 10:25

We must surrender to Jesus, and allow him to be the Lord of our lives. The authoritative figure who guides our actions.

We often ask, "God, do this for me, do that for me." But what are we doing for Him? Who are we helping, or guiding, or encouraging?

When we abandon our purpose and go back, we take others with us.

Jonah fled from God's command, and he knew that he was wrong. And yet when he admitted his wrongdoing and repented, he wasn't taken to nineveh, but instead he was returned to the place where he initially disobeyed.

When it comes to the faith, repenting from disobedience is not rewarded with elevation, but rather a second chance to go forward from where you disobeyed.

Why is The Word an enemy to the church but not a weapon that's apart of the armor of God.
