MOST PEOPLE FOLLOWING JESUS ARE MISSING THIS ONE THING
When we think about discipleship, it's easy to assume it's just learning more about the Bible.
Or showing up to church on a regular basis.
Maybe it's trying to do the right thing, or helping people out when they need it.
And all of that is part of it. Spiritual disciplines matter, and they shape us as we mature in Christ.
But biblical discipleship isn't just knowing more Scripture or doing the right things.
Biblical discipleship is doing what Jesus did.
So what did He do? He sought people out. He loved the lost. He rescued the broken. He drew people into relationship with the living God.
And if we're really following in His footsteps, then eventually His mission becomes our mission too.
