Our Bible Buddies reading challenge ends this Sunday. Please have your kids bring their reading charts with the readings they've completed checked off for a chance to win a GIANT stuffed bear!!

This Sunday is a big day for Kid City. We will be celebrating the end of summer, the end of our Bible Buddies challenge, and the end of our Coin Wars competition. The winners of our coin wars competition have chosen the snack we will have at our party.

This is also the week we are having BLESSINGS OF THE BACKPACKS. So, kids need to bring their backpacks if at all possible! 🎒

This is also the last day Ms. Jodi will be in Kid City as the Director. As a fun send off, the kids get to draw and write their goodbyes on Ms. Jodi with temporary tattoo pens. 😳🤪 We are going to celebrate during worship service and through equipping time so that we can have lots of time to laugh and play together. All glow stuff will be provided. It's going to be a lot of fun so please make sure your kids come. ❤

We are so excited to experience worship at the Elevate Worship Concert this coming Sunday. In Kid City, we are learning about why God is worthy of our praise and how to show him our adoration and thanksgiving through worship. This will be a great opportunity for the kids to see how the way we worship changes as we grow in our relationship with Jesus and why.

Please pray for our teens as they take on the task of being an example and explaining what heartfelt worship actually is like to our younger kids.

Also, please pray for the kids to listen with open ears and hearts. Pray that this experience sparks questions and a desire to know more about worship and the ONE we worship.

Did you know that New Covenant's Family Ministries gives out free bibles to kids and students who don't have them? In Kid City, we give a free bible at least once a month, sometimes more. That all adds up. It's our goal to make sure that every child and student is equipped with God's word and in a format that fits their age. Won't you help us?

Kid City is having a competition between boys and girls. The most points gets to choose which snack we have at our Glow Party on the 27th. But all proceeds go towards bibles for ALL of Family Ministries.

So, bring in your loose change or even better... paper money (including checks). 😉 You can put them in the jugs provided by the office door in the lobby.
