“LOOK AGAIN 🔍”

Before you point out what needs to change in someone else, take a second look God may not be showing you their flaw. He may be showing you yours.

It’s easy to spot the speck in your brother’s eye and miss the plank in your own (Matthew 7:3-5). What feels like discernment about someone else can actually be an invitation to examine ourselves.

So the next time something in someone else bothers you… pause. Ask God what He’s really trying to show you. Sometimes the magnifying glass isn’t meant for them. It’s meant for you.

It’s easy to bring a grind mindset into faith without even noticing show up, perform, prove it, keep the streak going. Go to church, read a verse, say the right things… but never really sit down and talk to God.

Hosea 6:6 says God was never asking for the performance. He wants relationship real time, real honesty, just being with Him.

Relationship over religion.
Presence over performance.

If it’s been a while since you just sat with God with no agenda, this is your reminder to come back.

Can we be honest? It’s easy to let what we SEE run our day the bills, the drama, what somebody said. We let it dictate our mood before we even get out of bed.

But every day is a chance to walk a little closer to the Spirit instead of reacting to everything around us. Not perfectly. Just closer than yesterday.

And here’s the thing you can’t hear a voice you never sit still for. If you’re not spending time with God, of course the enemy (or your own anxious thoughts) is the loudest one talking.

So today, before it gets away from you take 10 minutes. Not to ask for anything. Just to sit with Him. Let His voice start becoming the loudest one in the room. 🙏🏽

A bag of groceries. A cup of coffee. A conversation someone thought no one would ever have with them again. None of it looks like ministry until you remember who’s really on the other side of it.

“Whatever you did for one of the least of these… you did for it for Me.” Matthew 25:40

The Spirit doesn’t need you to have more. He just needs you to see people the way Jesus does and move.
