The purpose of Lexington Baptist Church is to bring glory to God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission as stated in Matthew 28:19-20; as well as to maintain a place of religious worship that promotes the teaching and preaching of the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

We often get baptized at a young age, but then we come to have a greater understanding of who God is and how much He loves us and how He calls us to Him. It is a true blessing and praise to see one of our brothers get closer to Him and seek to reaffirm thru baptism a relationship with our Lord. 💖🙏

I ran into this on another page and was a perfect reminder of how our God created us. 💖🙏

Anytime we are able to witness a baptism, it is a great reminder of who we are in Christ Jesus.

What an amazing blessing to be a witness and be able to partake in a baptism.

As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re reminded that true freedom is a gift from God.

We are thankful for the men and women who have faithfully served our country and for the blessings of living in a nation where we can worship freely.

Today, let’s celebrate with grateful hearts, pray for our nation, and continue to be people who reflect the love, grace, and truth of Christ in our homes and communities.
