Kubb gathering this Sunday after the service. Be sure to check it out!

Don’t forget, this coming Sunday (weather permitting) we will be having Kubb on the field by the playground following the 10AM service. Our Hiking group is back in action! Last Saturday, they hiked just over 3 miles at Sourland Mountain. The weather was beautiful and just look at those smiles!

Sunday morning campus groups start this coming Sunday! One new group launching this fall is Harvest, a group geared toward cultivating the fruits of the spirit in community with others. Harvest will be meeting on the front patio Sunday’s at 8:30 AM and will be studying James this fall. There’s still time to sign up so head to southridgecc.org/srgroups to learn more.

This season, a number of groups will be engaging with "Love Over Fear: Facing Monsters, Befriending Enemies, and Healing our Polarized World." This book will challenge us to graciously engage with those with whom we disagree, which is something we need more than ever in our current, polarized world. This book is being offered as a virtual book discussion on two different weekday evenings, in person on Sunday mornings, and as part of the Hoos life group on Tuesday evenings. Looking for ways to love on others from a distance? Check out JCFFM!

Each summer, South Ridge sends teams of volunteers to help partners distribute fresh produce in Jersey City to people who don’t have easy access to fresh foods. We can’t do that this year unfortunately, but the need for good food is still there. So this year, our partners have figured out a way to continue the program but minimize contact. If you are able to drive the produce from Pittstown to Jersey City on Saturdays starting in August, please consider signing up as a volunteer for a Saturday. It’s a great and safe way to extend the love of God to others during this challenging time. Thank you! southridgecc.org/farmmarket
