God is so good. 🤍
Yesterday, we wrapped up our study through Nehemiah and were reminded that God’s faithfulness is the foundation for everything we do.
Nehemiah faced opposition, fear, intimidation, and uncertainty, but he remained obedient because he knew what God had called him to do.
We were challenged to remember what God has already done as evidence of what He will continue to do. Just as the Israelites looked back and remembered God’s faithfulness, we can look at our own lives and see His goodness, mercy, love, forgiveness, restoration, and provision.
The message was simple but powerful: obedience matters. We have a choice to put everything else first and give God whatever is left, or to put God first and allow everything else to flow from our obedience to Him.
As we step into this next season together as a church, the challenge is not to figure everything out or make everything happen. It is simply:
“Lord, help me to be obedient right now.”
Right where we are. In this moment.
Trusting that God is good, that He is faithful, and that He will fill in the gaps.
God is good. God is faithful. And He is not finished with us yet.
