Living With the Issue

There are things in our lives God never told us to manage…
He told us to remove.

But over time, we get comfortable.
We learn how to function with it.
We adjust. We cope. We normalize what was never meant to stay.

Just like in Book of Joshua 13:13 —
they didn’t drive everything out…
and it remained among them to this day.

That’s the danger.

What you don’t remove…
you eventually live with.

And what you live with…
you unintentionally pass down.

Patterns don’t have to be chosen to be continued.
Sometimes they’re just tolerated long enough to become normal.

We call it “just how things are.”
God calls it unfinished obedience.

The real question is not what’s attacking you—
it’s what you’ve allowed to stay.

There are issues that won’t leave on their own.
There are patterns that won’t break with time.
There are cycles that require a decision.

Drive it out. Don’t dress it up.

Because what remains…
will remain until this day.

There are moments when seeds are planted 🌱

I had the privilege of speaking during chapel service to some awesome students at a school in Jackson, MS. I challenged the students to be different from the crowd and be a leader.

• Build a legacy of kindness and truth.
• Have courage—like Joshua.
• Stand when it’s uncomfortable.
• Make the right decision… even when no one else does.

Because who you listen to matters.
What you surround yourself with matters. And every choice is shaping your future.

God has something great in them—
but courage is required to walk it out.

“Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God is with you.” – Joshua 1:9

We’re not raising kids.
We’re raising leaders.

🙌 I believe we will see a great harvest.
