SBC Women's Intercessory Prayer Ministry Standing in the gap for others. We meet every Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the Global Prayer Room #217. Need prayer?

The SBC Women's Intercessory Prayer Ministry labors in prayer for the will of God to be done and to support the vision and mission of the church, believing and praying according to I John 5:14-15. Our mission is to intercede on behalf of believers to have a deeper relationship with God and for those who are not to surrender their lives to the One True God. We desire to be the "watchman on the wall

," as referenced in Isaiah 62:6-7, who pray for the church's spiritual health and the physical and emotional needs of our Pastors, families, ministries, congregation, community, and global outreach. Please let us know how we can pray for you.

Sunday, Another day to worship as we should Monday through Saturday. God is always teaching and protecting us so we can honor Him for all things. Focus your day in worship on the gift for a while letting the thoughts of gifts for others be on the back burner. God sent His Son so we might live, what better to think about Share your worship with others today shouting from the roof tops that Jesus was born not forgetting He was to die so we might live. Words cannot be said to describe how greatful we should be. Thank You God for Your love.

Wednesday, mid week is a day of prayer not to forget to search for those needing prayer and encouragement. We have so much opportunity to serve today as so many are lonely, hurting from disease, broken from the storms of life. Depressed and just longing for someone of faith to touch their life. To wonder who or how, pray and ask God to answer that first. It could be a total stranger, a new or old friend even a enemy that could help you both. Learn from your past, don't walk away from a blessing or opportunity to be one. We all have limits to be a witness, yet God will always make a way if we have just a little more faith. To start call somebody, not to talk about someone else, but talk about Jesus to them. Listen to their story. Don't tell them you will pray for them, do it, let them hear your heart in prayer for them, an amazing encouragement. The Holy Spirit will tell you exactly what to say. Going shopping today let the person behind you in the checkout go ahead of you. What kindness you show to one might be a witness to another. Be kind today and watch God's blessing as He fills your cup to overflowing.

Our Lord God in Heaven Hallow be Your Name. Help us honor You not only on the Sabbath Day be every day we live. You are our Lord every day. Give us breath to worship You in all things and every day. Guide us to always do Your will so others might see You in us. Direct us to where Your light always shines through us to Your glory. Convict us to walk our journey in faith that You are always with us. Go before us protecting us from our enemy. Give us courage to face each day understanding they all are in Your hands. Make us a blessing, forgive our sin, touch others through our witness. Remind us of our weakness as You give us even more strength to glorify Your Holy Name. In Jesus Name we Pray. Amen.

Our Lord God in Heaven Hallowed be Your Name. Help us understand and receive Your Word and promise. Guide our way to Your glory, teach us to be more like You. We stand amazed in wonder of Your goodness and mercy. Give us peace and comfort knowing Your will for us as You shelter us from harm. Hold fast our enemy that might discourage us from Your plan. Help us shine Your light in the darkness so others can see You and follow Your will also.You are our Father and keeper. You are our hope and Salvation. May we always praise and honor Your goodness and plan for us to live in the presents of our Lord and Savior forever. In Jesus Name we Pray. Amen.
