Clifton Presbyterian Church is pleased to announce Susan Ferguson has accepted the position of Director for Community Engagement and Intergenerational Ministry.

A lifelong Presbyterian, Sue has served the church in leadership roles for more than 25 years. Her earlier ministry experience focused on Christian education for all ages, as well as church-wide fellowship and service events. Through that work, she developed a passion for special needs ministry, spending several years supporting children and young adults with a wide range of challenges. Most recently, Sue has worked in early childhood education ministries as both a classroom teacher and center director.

This week we continue our sermon series: Paul and the Early Church. We move away from the stories about Paul in the book of Acts and move to Paul's letter to the church in Philippi. Our text is the opening of the letter, which lifts up the relationship that Paul draws upon in his letter to the Philippians, a relationship with those in the church there, and their common relationship as partners in the ministry of Christ. Also, a reminder that there is a congregational meeting following the service!
