SBC Listen UP!!!! We have a few announcements for you all!!!!🗣🗣🗣

1. You don’t want to miss THIS SUNDAY! It’s the Second Sunday of the Month and we are having a Family Meal! Join us in PRAYER at 10am, COMMUNION during service at 11am, and we finish it off with a FAMILY MEAL. Join us IN-HOUSE as we are NOT LIVE STREAMING this day. Nothing beats live action church service, am I right?! We want to see ALL OF YOU there!

2. Next week, on Tuesday December 10 at 8pm, we will be having a THINK TANK for young adults ages 20-40! We know that sometimes it can be hard to navigate through the routine of “old-school”, “traditional”, Baptist church service, but we want to figure out new ways to incorporate YOU ALL as well. You are a crucial part to the growth and development of SBC! WE NEED YOU! Join us next week via Zoom as we have a conversation and start engaging with each other on important issues related to our generation! Reach out to us if interested so we can get a link sent to you!

3. Lastly, from December 1-22, SBC will be having a Christmas Giving Tree! Our youth are the future and we are committed to ensuring our families have what they need for a joyful holiday season. Join us in person to grab a name from the tree in the fellowship hall & purchase essential items for the children of SBC. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or want to participate in any way!

What a day of celebration! SBC would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to our very own Pastor Leonard S. Morton Jr. on his official 1-YEAR Pastoral Anniversary at Second Baptist, Clifton. He has helped SBC transform to reach heights never thought imaginable. His personalty is infectious, he is a dedicated family man, and he is an inspiring and honorable Man of God. Every week, he works tirelessly to try and make sure his people are fed with the word of God and strives to ensure his congregation has the tools and knowledge to grow mentally and spiritually.📚🧠🫵

SBC would also like to say a huge THANK YOU to our Guest Preacher, Pastor Andrew D. Hunt, Jr. of Liberty Baptist Church, Chicago, IL. Happy Sunday SBC! 💒🫶🏽✨

Today we had the Children’s Choir sing, the Praise & Worship ministry showed some more love to our Pastor during Pastor Appreciation Month, & we got blessed with the most gracious word.

Thank you to all the volunteers from Clifton Day last week! The golf cart drivers, those at the SBC booth stand, meal prep, parking, etc. We would not have been as successful as we were without you. THANK YOU!🙌🏽🙏🏽
