Congratulations to our Confirmandi!

Did you hear that Pope Leo XIV spoke to Confirmation Candidates – on this past Saturday?

I shared some of his reflections with the young people who received the Sacrament of Confirmation at St. Philip the Apostle Church in Clifton last night. I was encouraged to hear Pope Leo speak about some of the messages that I try to share with our young people: First, thanking them for their “Yes” to Jesus and asking them to “Remember to stay close to Jesus, in friendship with Him and one another and to know and believe that God has a plan” for each of us.

It was great to hear: “Each of the Confirmands,” said the Pope, is called to be a participant in the Church’s mission and is sent to their friends and families to bear witness to the Spirit who lives in us.”

STATIONS OF THE CROSS
Stations of the Cross will be held every Friday evening in Church at 7 PM beginning Friday, February 20th through Good Friday, on April 2nd.
