Sunday Highlight | The God of the Middle 🙌

What a Sunday at CrossRoads!

Today’s message, “The God of the Middle,” reminded us of something we all need when we find ourselves between the promise and the breakthrough:

While we are waiting, Jesus is working and warring.

The middle can be uncomfortable. It can feel like nothing is changing and God is silent. But just because we can’t see what He’s doing doesn’t mean He isn’t moving.

Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep believing. God is working in the middle.

And the greatest celebration of all—10 people gave their lives to Jesus today! ❤️🙌

Ten lives changed. Ten new beginnings. Ten reasons to celebrate the goodness of God!

What a day, church family. We can’t wait to see what God does next!

The Way Has Been Made. 🙌

When Jesus died on the cross, the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom.

God was making a statement: the way into His presence has been opened.

Under the old covenant, only the high priest could enter the Holy of Holies. But through the blood of Jesus, you and I have been given access to God.

Not through the blood of bulls and goats, but through the precious blood of the Lamb.

That means we don't have to approach God afraid, uncertain, or wondering whether we belong there.

We can come boldly.

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace…” — Hebrews 4:16

Jesus paid the price. The veil has been torn. The way has been made.

You have access to the presence of God. ❤️‍🔥

What a beautiful Sunday at CrossRoads!

We received a powerful Word from Apostle Fram, and had such a special time praying over our children, students, teachers, and school staff as they head back to school. 🎒🙏

There’s something powerful about coming together as a church family and covering the next generation in prayer. We’re believing for God’s protection, wisdom, favor, strength, and peace to be upon them throughout this school year.

We’re so thankful for what God is doing in our church family and for every opportunity we have to seek Him together.

Sunday is TOMORROW! 🙌 And we’re covering our students, teachers & school staff in prayer! 🎒🙏

As a new school year begins, we want to take time as a church family to pray over everyone heading back into our schools.

We’re believing God for wisdom to learn, strength to overcome, friends who encourage, and faith that continues to grow.

Our prayer is simple: May God go before them, stand beside them, and lead them every step of the way. ❤️

Join us tomorrow as we worship together, hear the Word, and pray for a great school year ahead!

What if prayer became less of an appointment and more of a conversation?

Scripture tells us to “pray without ceasing.” That doesn’t mean we have to spend every moment on our knees. It means we can live with a constant awareness of God throughout our day.

Think about how often we send a quick text to someone we love.

What if we talked to God like that throughout the day?

“God, thank You.”
“Lord, I need Your wisdom.”
“Holy Spirit, help me.”
“Father, I love You.”
“God, I’m grateful for You.”

Prayer doesn’t always have to be long to be meaningful. There is power in those simple moments of turning our attention back to Him.

Before the meeting.
Driving to work.
Walking through the grocery store.
Sitting at your desk.
In the middle of a difficult moment.

Keep the conversation going.

You don’t have to wait until your designated prayer time to talk with God. Cultivate a life of constant communion with the Holy Spirit. 🙏

💧 Baptism Highlight

There’s nothing better than watching dozens of people publicly declare their commitment to follow Jesus Christ! 🙌

We often call water baptism “the wedding band of Christianity.”

The water doesn’t save us, just like putting on a wedding ring doesn’t make someone married. A wedding ring is the outward sign of a commitment that has already been made—it tells the world, “I belong to someone I love.”

Water baptism is much the same.

It’s a public declaration that I belong to Jesus. My life is His. I have decided to follow Christ.✝️

What an incredible privilege it was to celebrate every person who took this step of obedience and went public with their faith.

Church family, help us celebrate them! ❤️💧
