Salam Aliekoum,

I just wanted to give everyone an update on the school project of Uqbah Mosque Foundation. May Allah bless all of you for the donations that we have been receiving.

Though we have been making process there is still so much to do to bring this much-needed resource into reality for our Community and loved ones.

Here is a photo of the inside of the main entrance which still needs much work to restore and complete.

Alhamdulillah!!!! all of the work on the roof of the building has been completed to end the problems with leaking that were happening before we purchased the building.

Will I be of those who receive shade on the day of judgment?

Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace, and blessings be upon him, "There are seven persons whom Allah will shade on a day when there is no shade but his..."

He further mentioned that of these people will be:

"A person who spends in charity and conceals it such that his right-hand does not know what his left hand has given."

Welcome to the new official page for The Uqbah Mosque Foundation located at 2222 Stokes Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106.

This is a picture from inside of the school we've been renovating across the street from the Masjid. Although we have made a ton of progress, there is much more to be done to ensure this facility is in the absolute best condition to teach our Muslim youth.
