When we teach someone else what we have learned, we help prepare the church for what comes next.

More people become equipped to care, pray, teach, and serve. Responsibilities can be shared, and ministry can continue as needs change.

Leadership multiplication takes patience. It means explaining the process, answering questions, and walking with someone while they practice.

Who are we preparing to carry the work forward?

Choose one ministry skill you can begin teaching someone this month.

In Acts 1:8, Jesus promised the power of the Holy Spirit so His followers could be His witnesses.

That calling reaches beyond a platform or a church service. It touches our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and everyday conversations.

As we gather in worship, let us ask God to prepare us to serve others with courage, humility, and love. May the faith we share on Sunday shape the way we live throughout the week.

Ask God to show you one person you can encourage and share His love with this week.

There may be someone in your church who is ready to serve but unsure where to begin.

They may need an invitation, a patient teacher, or someone willing to say, “Come alongside me. We can do this together.”

Empowering others starts with noticing them. Learn their names. Ask about their gifts. Give them an opportunity to participate and the support to keep learning.

A simple invitation can open the door to meaningful growth.

Invite someone to serve alongside you in a role coordinated with your ministry leader.

Proverbs 27:17 reminds us that we sharpen one another.

Sometimes that happens through encouragement. Sometimes it happens through a loving correction, an honest question, or a conversation that challenges us to grow.

Healthy leadership needs relationships where we can listen, learn, and be accountable. We all need people who care enough to help us become more faithful in what God has entrusted to us.

Reach out to someone who has helped you grow and thank them.

Someone prayed for you, encouraged you, and gave you room to grow. Now, who can you do that for?

God’s work in your life can become an encouragement to someone else. The wisdom you have gained, the lessons you have learned, and the faith you are developing can help another person take their next step.

At Liberation Church, we want to be a people who recognize gifts, nurture potential, and make room for others to serve.

Pray this week: “Lord, who can I encourage and help grow?”

The church is commissioned to serve.

We are called to move with compassion, engage our community, and carry the love of Christ beyond the walls of the church.

This is our activation: not just to hear, but to respond. Not just to gather, but to go. Not just to believe, but to serve.

Respond today: “Here am I, send me.”

Community engagement begins with a willing heart.

We do not serve to be seen. We serve because Christ first loved us.

Every act of compassion, every prayer, every visit, every conversation, and every helping hand can become a doorway for God’s love to reach someone.

Be part of what God is doing in the community.

Compassion advances the Kingdom because it reveals the heart of the King.

People may forget our words, but they remember how love showed up when they needed it most.

A compassionate church becomes a visible reminder that God sees, cares, and reaches people through His people.

Show compassion in a practical way today.

Compassion is not weakness. Compassion is Kingdom power.

Jesus moved with compassion, and lives were changed.

When the church serves with compassion, people experience more than assistance. They encounter the heart of God through His people.

Ask God to give you eyes to see who needs compassion today.

The city needs a praying church.
The city needs a serving church.

The city needs a church that understands that compassion, prayer, and obedience are part of spiritual warfare.

We are not called to watch from a distance. We are called to stand, serve, pray, and believe for transformation.

Declare: “Lord, use our church to serve this city.”
