When the religious leaders saw Peter and John, they were astonished. These were ordinary, unschooled men, yet something undeniable had happened in their lives. The conclusion was unavoidable: they had been with Jesus. Acts 4:13.�

That same evidence should mark our lives. Not perfection. But visible, undeniable change. A life that is shifting and a faith that shows.�

If the people who know you best looked closely at your life this week, what would they see? The goal was never just 21 days of prayer. The goal is a life so transformed that the people around you cannot deny it.�

Your next step might be salvation, baptism, or simply opening your Bible tomorrow morning. Whatever it is, take it. Jesus walked out of His grave so you would not have to stay in yours.�

We’re growing our team at Crossroads Community Church!

We’re currently seeking an Executive/Associate Pastor who is passionate about people, leadership, and helping others take their next step with God.

This person will serve alongside our Lead Pastor to help carry the vision and mission of Crossroads forward; developing leaders, strengthening our ministry teams, providing pastoral leadership, and helping create a church where people can Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Their Purpose, and Make a Difference.

We’re looking for someone who loves the local church, leads with humility and integrity, develops others well, and is ready to serve as a trusted part of our pastoral leadership team.

* Full-time position in Cleveland, TN
* 5+ years of pastoral/ministry leadership experience preferred

What if the greatest miracle of prayer is not the change in your circumstances, but the change in you?�

In Acts 4, the early church faced pressure to stop speaking about Jesus. They did not pray for their problems to disappear. They prayed for boldness to keep going. Prayer did not change what they were facing. It changed how they faced it.�

This week, instead of praying "God, fix my circumstance," try praying "God, change me in the middle of it." Instead of "God, make a way," pray "God, show me what steps of obedience to take as you make a way." Prayer changes the way you see things, empowers you through the Holy Spirit, and moves you to action.�

What if the silence you have been experiencing is not God ignoring you, but God already moving on your behalf?�

In Daniel chapter 10, Daniel prayed and fasted for 21 days with no visible answer. But on day 21, a messenger arrived and told him something remarkable: "From the first day you set your heart to understand and humbled yourself before your God, your words have been heard." God had responded on day one. The answer was simply fighting its way through.�

Do not mistake silence for inactivity. Your circumstances may not have changed, but that does not mean your prayer has not been heard. Set your heart, humble yourself, and do not quit.�

We are not praying to get God's attention. We are praying because we already know we have it.�

We are kicking off 21 Days of Prayer, and the message is simple: not only do YOU matter, but your PRAYERS matter. We have the incredible privilege of communicating directly with God, and this season is our opportunity to lean into that in a deeper way.

Here is the challenge: if you knew God was on the brink of answering your prayers, and all it required was showing up at 6 a.m., would you do it? We believe you would. Because when you truly trust God's timing, you rearrange your schedule around His.�

Join us Monday through Friday at 6 a.m. at the Dream Center, Saturdays at 9 a.m., and Sundays at 9:17 a.m. Your prayers matter. Come ready to pray, believe, and see God move.

You matter. Not just as a feel-good phrase, but as a truth rooted in Scripture. God knows you by name, wants you specifically, and hears every word you pray. Matthew 10:29-31 reminds us that if God numbers every hair on your head, you are not just one of 8 billion people to him. You are known.��

James 5:16-17 calls us to pray for one another, reminding us that Elijah was just an ordinary man. The power of prayer is not found in the person who prays, but in the God who hears.

As we head into 21 days of prayer, remember: God is ready and listening. Cry out to him. He will answer.��

There's something powerful about showing up for people.

Serve Day reminded us that loving our community isn't just something we say, but something we do. Every conversation, each project and smile, was a reminder that You Matter.

From clothing and household items to school supplies and so much more, this day is all about serving our neighbors with love and reminding people of one simple truth: YOU MATTER.
