I would like to extend my personal congratulations and welcome to the newly organized Church of God of Prophecy in Dubai, UAE. Special recognition to Bishop Rogelio & Flor Justiniano for traveling under very adverse conditions to organize this new work, and to Senior Pastor Jonah Policarpio, and Assistant Pastors Manuel de Guzman and Marie Jean dela Torre. This new church of 70+ covenant members is on mission to reconcile Dubai to Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
