As a school teacher, I noticed that students become good as the opportunities they are given...
This is true in everything.

Teachers become good teachers by teaching...
Preachers become good preachers by preaching...
Doctors become good doctors by practicing...

Baby Christians need practice too.

We tell people to go heal the sick, but don't allow them opportunity in the
classroom/church to do it...
Confidence is built in a safe place where it is ok to make mistakes.
This is why "baby Christians" fill the church and are scared to fill the streets with the power of God.

God demonstrated His Power with Moses first in the mountain and later before Pharaoh.
