NEO Prayer Shield We are working with prayer groups and individual intercessors to create a 24/7 "Prayer Shield" over Northeast Ohio. Go to our website to sign up today!

Who we are:
We are a collaborative group of Christian leaders and believers in Jesus who intentionally identify as being a part of the "cap-C or citywide Church" in the cities of Northeast Ohio. We are specifically committed to cooperating together to publish this website in an effort to encourage growth of a 24/7 intercessory "Prayer Shield" across the counties of NE Ohio in order to cover our region with continual prayer. We are seeking to do this by identifying existing groups already committed to regular prayer, and to envision others to find where there are gaps in the prayer shield and commit to fill them. We hold to a common faith in Jesus (Yeshua) the Messiah as the only Savior of humanity. Our common faith foundation for participation in the Prayer Shield is the Bible and the Lausanne Covenant. Why a Prayer Shield:
We believe there are several good reason why a 24/7 city-wide "Prayer Shield" would bless North East Ohio. The Scriptures and Church history both testify repeatedly to the value of continual prayer. Also, the Bible specifically designates the city to be a primary focus of continual prayer. Lastly, we have personally experienced the value of continual prayer for Greater Cleveland in the God Likes You response to the Gay Olympics in 2014 and the Hope Is Here response to the RNC in 2016. So to see a "Prayer Shield" actualized in the city we need to do three things:
Celebrate the serious prayer efforts that already exist and make them more widely known. Connect all current prayer efforts through a common website. Cover with praying people any of the 168 hours in the week that are not currently filled
