We are a multi-cultural Roman Catholic parish of the Diocese of Cleveland, Ohio. We collaborate with sister Catholic parishes and faith communities of other denominations in the “Slavic Village” neighborhood. We network extensively with the Diocesan Office of Hispanic Ministry and the other parishes in the Diocese with a Hispanic ministry focus. With the assistance of parishes in the suburbs, we a
re able to reach out and respond to some of the tremendous needs and challenges of our neighborhood. Members of our parish trace their ancestors to or come from countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin American and the Caribbean. For major feasts, we come together for bilingual worship. Our community witnesses to the fact that in diversity, we find unity. Small in number as well as economic resources, we are rich in faith and strong in commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our presence and stability provide a beacon of hope in an extremely challenged part of the city of Cleveland. Somos una comunidad multicultural que pertenece a la Diócesis de Cleveland, Ohio. Colaboramos con las parroquias Católicas vecinas y al mismo tiempo, iglesias de otras denominaciones ubicadas en “Slavic Village”. También, trabajamos estrechamente con la Oficina del Ministerio Hispano de la Diócesis y las otras parroquias que atienden a poblaciones hispanas. Con la ayuda de algunas parroquias en los suburbios, luchamos a responder a algunas de las necesidades del vecindario.
