Jesus reminds His disciples, “Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give.” Father Bob challenges us to consider how we use the gifts God has entrusted to us. Do we cling to them for our own benefit, or do we recognize that God's blessings are meant to be shared generously in service to others?

On this Feast of Corpus Christi, we remember the incredible gift Jesus gives us at every Mass: His true Body and Blood, offered out of love for us. Father Bob points out that every time we receive Holy Communion, we encounter the living God – the One who heals, forgives, strengthens and remains with us always.

Jesus’ commandments are not burdens, but paths that lead us to freedom, healing and peace. Father Bob admits that forgiveness, mercy and compassion are not easy at times. But they are the way to wholeness. And in the end, faith is not about avoiding punishment or earning reward. It is about loving God and letting that love transform how we live.
