It’s Pastor Cliff, I wanted to share another amazing update from Landon that we’ve been praying for! My God is Great!!!!
For our continued prayer warriors thank you for keeping our wonderful great nephew Landon in your prayers. He continues to have positive movement forward as he battles back. Miracles are happening to this amazing young man. We love him to the moon and back ! 💖🙏💖
Landon update:
Landon has continued to have very positive days. The biggest question every medical professional has been asking, even before he was extubated, has been “is that movement purposeful?” Meaning, did he purposely move that leg, track you with his eyes, grip your hand, etc. Every movement he has made has been followed with that question…until now. We have slowly been able to determine, yes-he tracked us on purpose. Yes, he moved that leg on purpose. Yes-he gripped our hand on purpose. In the last two days we have also been able to add: brushing his own teeth and hair, walked with assistance, used the restroom, asked to ride in the wheelchair, said “goodnight sister” when it was time for bed, and my personal favorite, his trademark peace sign. There was a time when it was said that he may not be able to do any of these things ever again. The question of is that purposeful has been replaced with “wow, look what he is doing!” Landon’s testimony is one of the most powerful we have ever heard, let alone been able to witness. Landon would not be where he is today without every single prayer that has been said on his behalf. We are so thankful for each and every person that has followed his story, worn the crazy socks, and prayed for him. His kidneys seem to be getting stronger but dialysis is still needed. His neurological health is far beyond what we were told it could be, but we see how much work he has to do to continue in this direction. Please continue to pray for his kidneys, his neurological health, and for his strength to come back. He has a long road ahead of him, and we thank God every day for giving us the opportunity to continue to walk that road with him. We love you all!
