Pray for church planting and evangelism efforts, asking God to guide new ministries that can reach those who may not otherwise hear about the love of Jesus.

Mark 16:15: “He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’”

Romans 10:15: “And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’”

Pray for an end to human trafficking, for freedom for those enslaved, and for justice and healing for survivors.

Luke 4:18: “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.”

Psalm 82:4: “Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”

Pray for divine healing and comfort for those who are suffering physically, emotionally, and spiritually, that they may find peace and restoration in Jesus.

Psalm 41:3: “The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness.”

Psalm 147:3: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

Our annual Church of God of Prophecy 21 Days of Prayer begins this Monday! The "On Mission" Global Prayer Initiative is a powerful season of seeking that unites believers from over 130 nations and beyond!

For 21 days, we will come together, lifting our voices in prayer for our world, our communities, and our mission. Whether at home, at work, or on the move, you can join thousands of others, knowing that together we are praying as one. We will conclude our initiative with a global simulcast on Sunday, January 26, at 6:00 p.m. ET.

Brian Sutton serves as the North America general presbyter and global prayer liaison for the Church of God of Prophecy, leading the Houses of Prayer global prayer initiative. He has served more than twenty-five years as a senior pastor and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree global Pentecostalism from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is the author of several books including Conversation with God: The Power of Prevailing Prayer, available at conversationwithgodbook.com. He and his wife Renee are blessed with a daughter and son-in-law (Tayler and Chris), a son and daughter-in-law (Will and Hannah), and two beautiful granddaughters (Emery and Maddie).
