🔥 YEAR OF THE FIRE HORSE
Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Lunar New Year!

We look forward to having you at our In-Person Guided Meditation this Saturday (tomorrow) Feb 14, 2026 at the Lakewood Public Library. This session will focus on Love and runs from 10:30am-11:30am followed by coffee together in a local cafe. More details in the link below.
The Tibetan New Year (Losar) starts next week!

Join us for the Buddha Sadhana practice at 7:00pm (or 15 minutes after Rinpoche finishes the transmissions) on Tuesday Feb 17 2026. Details in the link.

We will be gathering every morning on Zoom from 7:30am-8:30am from Weds Feb 18, 2026 through Weds Mar 4, 2026 as the first fifteen days of the New Year are considered very powerful for practice.

To that end, we invite you to join us in volunteering for the Christmas Food Drive with the Lakewood Charitable Assistance Corporation (aka The Food Drive People). They offer food to over 300 Lakewood families in need and Eileen, one of our beloved members, is very involved in the organization.
The food drive is from Friday Dec 19 to Saturday Dec 20, 2025 in Lakewood. See you there!

THE JOY OF GIVING. As you know, SNAP benefits have been cut off for millions of Americans. In response, we are raising money for The Greater Cleveland Food Bank. We will have an online retreat on Saturday and Sunday Nov 22-23, 2025 called "The Joy of Giving." A hundred percent of the money from this event will be donated to the Food Bank.
