Due to icy conditions and inclement weather, all services and on-campus activities are canceled this Sunday, 2/1/2026. The safety of our congregation is top priority; therefore, we encourage everyone to remain home and avoid unnecessary travel.

Merry Christmas from our family to yours! As we celebrate the gift of Emmanuel—Christ WITH us—we are reminded that His presence among us allows us to walk together as one body in love and faith.

Thank you for a year filled with prayer, encouragement, generosity, and support. We are deeply grateful to serve and worship alongside you. May the peace and joy of Christ be with us all this Christmas and as we continue this journey together.

We love you and look forward, with anticipation, at what the Lord will continue doing in and through the people of FMC in 2026.

Don't forget! FMC will be having a Christmas Party this Sunday, Dec. 14th, immediately following service. Everyone is invited. We will be having fellowship, food, and PIZZA!! Please bring a gift valued between $5 and $10 for the White Elephant game. (If you forget.. No worries! We will have extra gifts, so you can still play!) Also, ugly Christmas sweaters are optional... 😜

We are now taking applications for the Empty Stocking Fund. Children that did not get signed up at school or are not registered anywhere else for Christmas may apply up to the age of 18. Children 18 years of age must still be in high school. Applications are being taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10AM and 2PM. The last day to apply will be Tuesday, Oct 14th.

Barbara Jean Moats, 93, of Cleveland, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. She was born on March 26, 1932 in Cleveland, TN to the late Lilly and James Trimm. Barbara retired from Coca-Cola and Duracell after a dedicated career.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Earl J. Moats; and her niece, Joy Carter; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:30 am at Faith Memorial Church with Dr. Jimmy Dupree officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 am - 11:30 am prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
