This Sunday at Archwood!

Here's the price list for Sunday's produce sale! I'll be making chicken spinach pesto soup, mixed green salad with assorted dressings, Hawaiian bread and butter, chips and salsa, chicken salad sliders, homemade strawberry jello, assorted cookies and fruit salad for the free meal! We'll have coffee, tea and strawberry lemonade to drink! Hope to see everyone there!

Our next produce sale is Sunday, June 14th! I'll be making chicken spinach pesto soup, mixed green salad with assorted dressings, Hawaiian rolls, chips and salsa, homemade strawberry jello, fruit salad and assorted cookies. I'll post the price list after we shop tomorrow morning!

Need some cool, neighbors? Here's where to find it!

*UPDATE* After seeing everyone's comments we touched base with the Cleveland Parks and Recreation Department and here are some updates!

- The property management team repaired both Roberto Clemente and Trent Parks Spray Basin's over the past 48 hours, and they are working
- Michael Zone Spray Basin is closed for construction.
- Mercedes Cotner Spray Pad is open.

- Michael Zone Indoor Pool remains available.
- Meyer Pool is open, subject to lifeguard availability. It was closed yesterday 6-11-2026 due to an electrical outage from the storm the night before
- Sunrise Pool is closed due to issues with the pool basin.
- Lincoln Park Pool is open.

West Side Cooling Center - Gunning NRCC: 16700 Puritas Ave. The City of Cleveland, Department of Public Works will extend the hours of several Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers (NRCC) to serve as cooling centers for Cleveland residents that are seeking shelter from the warm temperatures expected in the coming days.

Dates of service: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 & Thursday, June 11, 2026
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

A note from our national ministries...

❤️ We are only a week into Pride Month and already we have experienced a significant uptick in hateful comments. This month (and beyond) is about celebrating God's love and inclusion in all of its forms.
❤️ So, we feel called to remind our communities of our commitment to keep our spaces safe, loving and respectful, not just during Pride month, but always.

This weekend! The annual Archwood Street Fair is back! Taking place in the historic Archwood Avenue neighborhood of Brooklyn Centre on the first weekend of June, this beloved community tradition features one of Cleveland’s largest outdoor yard sales, along with neighborhood block parties, local vendors, food, and family-friendly fun.
