The Church of God Chaplains Commission has been offered the grand opportunity to partner with some very dynamic existing ministries in Eastern Europe. The Pentecostal Church in Medgidia, Romania has a dynamic community center which they offered to the Chaplains Commission for usage. We will be able to conduct conferences, training seminars and partner with this church in benevolent outreach and mi

nistries. The great blessing of being able to use this building is that allows the Chaplains Commission a position to launch chaplaincy ministries into Moldova and the Ukraine without the large expense of overseas travel by trainers. Dinko Zlatarov of Sofia, Bulgaria has also allowed us the use of the Ministry Center in Sofia for the purpose of Chaplaincy Training. Dinko is coordinating our Bulgarian Chaplaincy and is on a fast track for implementing a Community Service Chaplaincy Program both from an academic point and also from a praxis point. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to use this center as a launch into the Balkans.
