Yall come Join us every Sunday morning

06/21/2026

The community prayer group for June was at Pafford ambulance service on the north side of Cleveland.
As we gathered, we were honored to have had the chance to meet and speak with the Pafford family that was working that night.
Following our prayer time, we visited with the Pafford family for a few minutes and told them that we hoped that they would be bored because they didn’t have any calls to go to.
We also blessed them with pizza for their evening meal which they excitedly accepted.
What touched our hearts the most was that THEY asked how they could pray for our church. WOW! God at work in the field.
After fellowshipping with them, we gathered back at the church fellowship hall for a meal of burgers and trimmings.
We meet on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. for worship followed by small group study ( Sunday School) at 10:30.
If you want to get to your favorite restaurant before the church crowds, come join us.
On Wednesday we are studying the names of God at 6:00 p.m.

Church is not a place filled with perfect people. It is hospital for sinners to heal with a perfect God. Come join us Sundays at 9:30am.

Most people associate the color of love with red. Most Valentines are red or pink in color.
On February 15, we wore our favorite “Valentine” color. We celebrated it but as Christians, we celebrated the color red for the blood that Christ shed on the cross to atone for our sins.
What love God has for each of us to give His Son for our transgressions.

Yall come join us for Easter service tomorrow at 8:30 if you play your cards right you can get church twice in one morning. Come join us because the tomb is EMPTY and we serve a mighty mighty God. He gave his only son to die an absolute horrible death just to save a bunch of sinners like us. He gave his only son so we can have eternal life with him.

470 messages of God’s love for each of us!! These valentines were distributed to the nursing homes and living facilities for the residents and there were some extra ones for them to pass out to their family and friends. The residents were so excited to have gotten these.

Each year we have increased in the number of valentines. This year, YSBC family showed up and showed out in obedience to God’s commandment that we love our neighbors as ourselves. It is SO exciting to be a part of such a loving church family.

If you are looking for a church home, we will welcome you with open arms.
Sunday morning at 9:30 for worship with Sunday school ( small groups) at 10:30.

Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm.

Bro. Trent Chouccoli and the YSBC family look forward to seeing you and worshipping with you.

HAPPY VALENTINES’ DAY

February is considered the Month of Love.
The prayer service for the Cleveland community was held in EVERY neighborhood of our town.
We divided up and covered the entire community with prayer Wednesday night.

The picture with the flag is a reminder of how blessed we are to be living in a nation that was founded on God and grants us the opportunity to worship freely. God’s Word does not go void as we prayed and read God’s Word over our community.

Following the prayer service, we met back at the church for a meal of chili with all the fixings.

Please know that we, at Yale Street Baptist Church, care for each of you and invite you to join us for worship service on Sunday at 9:30 AM and Wednesday at 6:00 for our prayer service and study.

If you are hungry for God’s Word to be read and shared, this is the place to be. You don’t have to dress fancy, just bring an appetite for worship and prayer. You will be met with open arms.

Hope to see you Sunday.

January began a new year of Cleveland community outreach for YSBC! We are so excited to be able to share God’s love with our community each month.
Our prayer service in January for our community was held at the Bolivar Medical Center. We gathered together in prayer and shared our blessings by fixing snack bags for the nurses on the day and night shifts.

They give so much and this was our way of showing them how much we appreciated their service.

Following the prayer, we met back at the church for a meal of Salisbury meatballs, rice, beans rolls, dessert and great fellowship.

Come join us on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday nights at 6:00
