Ready for Sunday!?

Meet in front of the chapel to join a tour group. Tour groups take off every 15 minutes and will be led by one of our amazing volunteers.

Waiting for a tour to start? Walk through the "Artisans & Merchants" to buy yourself a Halloween present!

Hungry? Thirsty? Stop at SIG Tacos or Moon Cat Boba at the end of the road.

Ready for some music? Bring a chair or blanket and listen to Austin Walkin' Cane by the chapel.

The Riverside Cemetery Foundation will also have our tshirts and canvas totes for sale as well as the Images of America Cleveland's Riverside Cemetery book!

A lot to do in one afternoon! See you all this Sunday, the 25th from 1pm to 4pm.

🚨🚨ANOTHER FRIENDLY REMINDER🚨🚨
October 15th is our cemetery-wide decoration clean-off!

Our cemetery gates are open 7 days a week until 5:00 PM, so there is still time to stop by and collect any decorations or personal items you wish to keep.

❤️ Have a sentimental decoration but are unable to retrieve it yourself?

Please contact our office at 216-351-4800. We understand that some items hold special meaning, and we will do our best to assist with retrieving them.

However, please understand that this is a courtesy service, and we CANNOT guarantee retrieval if the number of requests exceeds what our staff can reasonably accommodate.

We strongly encourage families to stop by or arrange for a friend or family member to collect their items BEFORE October 15, 2026.

As a reminder, ALL decorations will be removed during this clean-off, regardless of whether they comply with our regular decoration policies. Removed items will be discarded and cannot be returned.

Thank you for helping us spread the word and giving everyone an opportunity to save the decorations that mean the most to them!

We've teamed up with Monroe Street Cemetery for.....

A Tale of Two Cemeteries: A Grave Affair in Two Spirited Acts!

Start your afternoon with us at Riverside, then head over to Monroe Street Cemetery for more hauntingly good fun! Because apparently, one cemetery just isn't enough for you people. 😉

🚨🚨 REMINDER 🚨🚨
CEMETERY-WIDE DECORATION CLEAN-OFF – OCTOBER 15TH

Our next cemetery-wide decoration clean-off is scheduled for Thursday, October 15th. Outdoor crew will BEGIN clean-off at 7am.

If you have decorations or personal items at a loved one's grave that you wish to keep, please make sure to retrieve them BEFORE October 15th.

We conduct a complete cemetery-wide clean-off only twice per year. During these clean-offs, ALL decorations and items are removed, regardless of whether they comply with our regular decoration policies. Once removed, items are discarded and cannot be retrieved or returned.

Please help us spread the word! Share this reminder with friends and family who may have loved ones resting at Riverside. Because of the number of families we serve, we are unable to contact individual families regarding scheduled clean-offs.

To help ensure everyone has access to this information, clean-off dates are posted in multiple locations, including our main entrance gate and Willowdale Avenue gate, our front entrance sign, additional signage throughout the cemetery, our office foyer, our cemetery newsletter, our website, and right here on Facebook.

We understand that decorations often hold sentimental value, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to collect anything they wish to keep.

Thank you for helping us maintain the beauty and dignity of Riverside Cemetery while honoring those entrusted to our care.
