Serving the Community is always the priority whether it’s 1 person or 100. Our vision was to do something we had never done which was “Church outside the Walls” and a back to school supply giveaway. This is what community partnerships look like. I am sooo grateful for everyone’s support. We didn’t know how it was going to happen but we had a vision, prayed about it, and executed it. For everyone who donated supplies so we could stuff bookbags, I thank you 🫶🏾🫶🏾. Thank you to our community partners Rocket Bounce LLC for the bouncy houses, Aray of Sunshine for the delicious lemonade, and SpellMaster games for doing trivia (with prizes)with the kids. Thank you to Bro. Tim, The Ghetto Evangelist, for keeping the party going all afternoon and Bro. Porter for your performance. A special thank you to my childhood bestie Katara who’s an artist and painted faces. Thank you to everyone who participated, including our sister churches, in this special service to do something different and provide supplies to our community.

What a beautiful 4th Sunday (Youth Sunday) celebration! 🙏🏽☀️ Praising God for the joy of gathering in our church yard and celebrating the glory of service outside the walls of the church. Today, the sunshine felt like a kiss from God!❤️

To our youth: keep walking, keep serving, and keep trusting Him. And when you see only one set of footprints, remember, He’s carrying you. 👣✨

Join us this Sunday for our 1st Annual Back to School Book Bag Giveaway as well as Youth Sunday. We will have free supplies for all grades while they last (first come first serve). We want to pray for our students as they enter this school year. Hope to see you outside!

THE MEN OF THE ROCK ON THE MOVE!
The men of The Rock AME Zion Church were blessed to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina for The Men of Zion Experience!
What a powerful opportunity for brotherhood, fellowship, spiritual growth, and strengthening men in their walk with God. From worship and fellowship to connecting with other Men of Zion, this was more than a trip—it was an experience filled with purpose.
We are grateful to see the men of The Rock continuing to grow, connect, encourage one another, and represent our church beyond the walls of our local congregation.
Strong Men. Strong Faith. Strong Families. Strong Church.
May the lessons, connections, and spiritual encouragement received in Raleigh continue to make an impact back home in Cleveland.
