Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brother Mohammed Harun Rasheed Khan.

May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, grant him Jannatul Firdaus, and provide sabr and strength to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Janazah Salat for Brother Mohammed Harun Rasheed Khan will be held tomorrow, Friday, May 15, 2026, following Jummah at the Islamic Center of South Lake County.

Interment to follow at Yalaha Islamic Cemetery.

🌙 **Eid Mubarak!** 🌙

We are pleased to announce that **Eid al-Fitr** will be on **Friday, March 20**.

🕌 **Eid Salat:** 9:00 AM sharp
Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking. Carpooling is highly encouraged, and we kindly ask everyone to follow the directions of parking volunteers.

💵 **Sadaqatul Fitr:** $15 per person
This must be paid **before Eid**. Please note that it cannot be counted as Sadaqatul Fitr if paid on Eid day.

🕐 **Jumu’ah Reminder:**
Jumu’ah prayer will still be held at **1:30 PM**. Scholars agree that attending Jumu’ah is **optional** for those who have attended Eid Salat.

May Allah accept our عبادات and grant everyone a joyful and blessed Eid.

Tonight may be Laylatul Qadr, a night better than a thousand months. This blessed night is a chance for us to give sincerely for the sake of Allah and multiply our rewards.

The Islamic Center of South Lake County only makes a fundraising appeal once a year, on this night alone. We do not ask for donations throughout the year.
