Hi Parents and Youth. We have a new Instagram account. The old account was clemmonsoneyouth. The new account is clemmonsone. We will be posting updates to the Youth schedule and other information there. We'd love everyone to follow that Instagram account.
Reminder that we will be having youth this coming Sunday (1/21). The schedule for coming weeks is:
Jan. 21st and 28th: Youth from 5:30-7
Feb. 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th: Youth from 5:30-7

Like we said last time youth is going to be a little different. We are meeting around Confirmation so Youth will meet at 4:00 this week for an hour. At 5:00 we will have a covered dish with the confirmands. After dinner there is a meeting of confirmation parents, so we’ll play in the youth room till they’re done.

Good morning everyone!

I am so very excited for our Progressive Dinner and Christmas party tomorrow night. Cannot think of a better time of fellowship and laughter as my last night with our Clemmons:One family.

A few reminders:
- Please arrive by 5:00 pm so that we can work through youth rules, divide them into their groups, and then send them off to their first home for appetizers.

- Youth attire is either to dress up nicely OR (new this year) to wear an ugly Christmas sweater!

- We are asking that each youth bring with them a wrapped gift (no name attached) that is worth $10-15 for our White Elephant Christmas party at the end of the night. If possible, we ask for no gift cards.

Parents and youth, additional spots have been added for High School for the progressive dinner 😁. And parents, we are looking for one additional home to provide a stop for appetizers for a group and also in need of some additional driving adults with the large number of youth participating in the progressive dinner. Sign-ups can be found on our clemmonsone.org website. Thanks for everyone is had signed-up to help already!

With a broken heart, this will be my last youth group at Clemmons. We will have High School from 4-6 and then Middle School from 5:15-7:15. There will be NO Coda tonight. Dinner will be provided.

Also, please note that with the Thanksgiving holiday there will be no Sunday School next week and the sign-up for both youth and hosts/chaperones for the Progressive Dinner on Dec. 2 is open on the clemmonsone.org website.

Dear parents and youth - we are needing to change our Sunday schedule for youth group. We will have COMBINED youth (High School and Middle School) from 4:00-6:00 - dinner included. I also understand this is late in the game, but would love for any parents that are available to meet at 5:00 for a brief meeting in the youth room. You are invited to stay for dinner as well. ❤️. Please share with any who may not see social media. I will be sending an email out shortly with this change as well.

Also, this Sunday will be Karen Stutzman’s last Sunday as our Contemporary Praise and Worship leader at Clemmons UMC. We would love to see you in worship at 9:45 as we say goodbye. THEN, we would love to see you at 11:00 as one of our amazing youth, Will Allard, will be getting baptized (at the beginning of the service).
