Christian Women's Job Corps is an organization started by the Women's Missionary Union of the Southern Baptist Convention to minister to women who have been left behind the mainstream of society due to unfortunate circumstances in their lives such as domestic violence, substance abuse, divorce, or lack of education and training. These women need the hope offered in Christ to gain self-esteem and to enter the work force.
