The Pinellas Green Foundation is proud to announce its first community grant award—a $1,780 grant to Trinity Presbyterian Church in Clearwater to support the installation of a new public electric vehicle charging station.

On Wednesday, July 29, Bryan Beckman, President of Pinellas Green Foundation, and Kathleen Beckman presented the grant award to Pastor Dawn Conti and Pastor Kathi Trautwine during a celebration of Trinity's commitment to sustainability and community service.

Last Sunday, thanks to the generosity of the TPC-CW congregation, we celebrated our longest standing mission partnership with Skycrest Elementary School. Because of the generosity of the TPC-CW congregation, we had the joy of presenting Mrs. Pierzchalski, Principal for Skycrest Elementary School, with a check in the amount of $3067 as well as tubs and bags full of school supplies. The partnership at Skycrest began in the late 1950's, before the church was formally chartered, when the first would-be members started to meet at Skycrest because they had outgrown the space at the American Legion!

Sewing Hope is stitching love into action; one blanket, one lesson, one life at a time. They create handmade blankets for foster children and offer free sewing instruction to anyone eager to learn. It’s compassion you can feel, crafted by hands committed to warming our community from the inside out. If you are interested in learning to sew please reach out to the church office!
