Objectives of the Mission Group:
1. Demonstrating love and obedience to God and His laws.
2. Developing the habit of setting time for private devotion.
3. Regularly attending religious meetings.
4. Making use of opportunities given them to develop chu
rch leadership.
5. Developing missionary minded spirit through witnessing activities.
6. Instruct every member to be faithful steward
The group decided to have the following goals for 2014:
1. COMMUNICATION:
Develop ways of fostering transparency and visibility in the area such as:
- creating signage by the church grounds
- developing a website,
- creating facebook account,
- creating a brochure and business cards
- establishing a phone land line, etc.
2. EVANGELISM:
Among the activities discussed were:
- distribution of tracks, books
- inviting friends, family members to weekly meetings
- host an evangelistic crusade
3. SPIRITUAL REVIVAL AMONG MEMBERS:
A need for spiritual revival among members was identified and those who are preparing for baptism.
- There will be weekly Sabbath afternoon meetings starting January 2014 and study of the Amazing Facts.
- The Tampa Bay Filipino-American SDA Mission Group leaders and members realize the challenges ahead of its journey however its membership believe that with God’s grace and blessings its vision will one day be fulfilled. Our appreciation and gratitude goes to everyone for
