This week our Mobile Food Pantry provided 206 families and 628 individuals with groceries. We couldn't do it without the help of a dedicated crew of volunteers that show up for us at each Mobile Food Pantry. They truly are a blessing, and we are very grateful for their time and talents.

This past weekend, we were blessed with the opportunity to collect items for our Street Level Outreach program at The Florida Orchestra Symphony by The Sea event held at The BayCare Sound. Through the generosity of the community, we collected 81 food items, 52 toothbrushes, 24 boxes of toothpaste, and 40 bottles of bath soap/shower gel among other things. Our outreach program is now well stocked for the summer months with items to meet the needs of the homeless.

On National Donut Day, the residents at Regal Palms were treated to donuts and coffee while enjoying a presentation on our Donut Lassies.

Today in celebration of National Donut Day, we ventured out with dozens of donuts to pass out to the staff at the AdventHealth North Pinellas. It was a blessing to serve them and thank them for all they do for the community. Our Donut Day was huge success thanks to Dunkin' and their generous sponsorship of 700 donuts, 160 cups of coffee and amazing swag. We couldn't have done it without them!

Today we’re celebrating National Donut Day by honoring the legacy of the original Donut Lassies and the modern-day heroes serving at Advent Health North Pinellas Hospital.
More than 100 years ago, volunteers from The Salvation Army served donuts and encouragement to soldiers on the frontlines during World War I. Today, we’re proud to continue that tradition by serving donuts and coffee generously donated by Dunkin' to the healthcare professionals who care for our community every day.
Thank you for your compassion, sacrifice, and service. Happy National Donut Day!
