We had a great time last week at Florida's Annual Conference! This is the annual business meeting of Florida Methodists.

Moments of joy:
- We joined with our People of Faith counterparts in giving over $500 to the Bishop's Offering! This year the offering was for Affordability Grants for churches & the Florida Diversity fund, supporting churches and pastors of color.
- We heard a call from our Bishop to be Bright, Brave, and Rooted in our work, sharing God's love!
- We welcomed our summer intern, Martavius Lyons who we are sharing with Anona UMC! (Another great example of the connection at work!)
- We were represented well by Janice Blaine and Jo Nichols as our delegates.
Annual Conference is a time of inspiration and joy, and we are always grateful to be a part of this UMC connection!
