Here’s my little vocal concoction

Throat Coat Tea (with Slippery Elm) is the best one
Cayenne Pepper
Vocal Guard (vocal drink/vitamin)
Nate’s Organic/Raw & Unfiltered Honey (you can use any honey you choose this just works better for me)

Add your desired amount of honey to cup
Sprinkle about 3-4 dashes of Cayenne Pepper
Boil Water and add tea bag (let steep for 5 minutes)
