2-year-old Xavier Padilla vanished after his family’s vehicle was swept away by floodwaters in Barstow, California, on Sept. 18. 💔 His father, Brandon, was rescued and hospitalized, but Xavier is still missing.
Xavier, who has autism, had just celebrated his birthday earlier this week. 🎂
