Congratulations to Carlos Olivo Jr. on his graduation from Smyrna High School on Saturday, June 6, 2026!

We are incredibly proud of Carlos and all that he has accomplished. His dedication, hard work, and faithful service as one of our drummers have been a blessing to our church family.

As he begins the next chapter of his journey at Delaware State University, we pray that God will continue to guide, strengthen, and bless him with wisdom, favor, and success in all that he does.

We give God all the glory for one of youth, Miss Za’Niah Hackett-Williams, who brought forth the Word at Dickerson Chapel AME Church’s Annual YPD Day on Sunday, May 24.

Za’Niah shared God’s message with confidence, grace, and a heart to serve. We are incredibly proud of her willingness to be used by God and thankful for the support of her loving family, church family, and everyone who encouraged her along the way.

The future of the Church is bright when our young people step forward in faith and answer God’s call. Please join us in celebrating Za’Niah and continue to keep her lifted in prayer as she grows in her walk with Christ.
