Something different is happening tomorrow. 👀

Meet Rachel Antony — worship leader, missionary heart, and staff member in a U.S. Senator’s office in Washington, D.C.

She grew up watching her father lead churches and missions trips across India and Europe. Now she’s spending her days walking the halls of Capitol Hill — trying to live like Christ in a world that often looks nothing like Him.

This Sunday, Rachel is leading us in worship… and then Pastor Wesley is sitting down with her for a live conversation. We’re talking politics, faith, culture, and what it actually looks like to carry your convictions into rooms that don’t share them.

We’ve never done a service quite like this one. Come expecting!

🎉 What a great way to wrap up Vacation Bible School! 🎉

We had an incredible Sunday celebrating all that God did during VBS. Our kids opened the service by sharing two songs they learned throughout the week, we heard a powerful gospel message, and then the fun continued outside with the grill going, snow cones being made, and inflatables keeping everyone smiling!

It was a wonderful day of fellowship, family, and celebrating our kids. We are so thankful for everyone who helped make VBS and our Block Party such a success!

✨ Illumination Station VBS is off to an incredible start! ✨

Last night was our first night of VBS, and what a night it was! The church was full of energy, excitement, and kids learning what it means to shine the light of Jesus. 🔦🌟

But we’re just getting started! Join us tonight, tomorrow night, and Wednesday night as we continue the fun. Then we’ll wrap up the week this Sunday with our Family Block Party — complete with a grill, inflatables, and a great time for the whole family!

You don’t want to miss tonight! Make plans to be here, and bring a friend with you!

Each night we’re taking up an offering for our ministry partners in Honduras and their feeding center. 🇭🇳❤️ So bring your change and help us make a difference!

And don’t forget… the competition is on! 🏆
The boys are battling the girls, and whichever team brings in the most offering gets the honor of pieing Curt Grey in the face! 🥧😂

The countdown is over—Illumination Station begins TONIGHT at First Baptist Church in Clayton!

Our volunteers have been working hard, the decorations are up, the games are ready, the crafts are prepared, the snacks are waiting, and the music is queued up.

The only thing missing is YOU!

Join us July 12–15 from 6:00–8:30 PM for an incredible week where kids will have a blast while learning about Jesus in a fun, safe, and exciting environment.

🌲 What an incredible Sunday at Minnetonka Christian Camp! 🌲

Our hearts are full as we look back on such a special day of worship, fellowship, and celebrating what God is doing in the lives of His people.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Church at the Camp! We had a wonderful turnout, a sweet spirit of worship, and a powerful time together around God’s Word.

This week we looked at the life of Job. So often when we think of Job, we focus on his suffering, but suffering was only one season of his story. God remained faithful, restored him, and blessed the latter years of his life in remarkable ways. What a powerful reminder that God is sovereign even in our trials. As Joseph declared in Genesis 50:20, “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.” The enemy may intend harm, but our God is able to redeem suffering for His glory and for the good of His people.

After the service, we made our way to the river where we had the privilege of witnessing four baptisms. There is nothing quite like seeing believers publicly profess their faith in Jesus Christ through baptism. It was a beautiful testimony of God’s saving grace, and we rejoice with each person who took this important step of obedience.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Minnetonka Christian Camp staff for serving our church so well. Thank you for preparing the grounds, cooking and serving a wonderful meal, operating the golf cart shuttles, and making sure every detail was taken care of. Your servant-hearted ministry helped make the day a tremendous blessing to our church family.

Days like these remind us how good it is to worship together, celebrate God’s work, and enjoy fellowship as the body of Christ.

Thank you, church family, for making it such a memorable day. We are grateful for each of you, and we pray God continues to use Sundays like this to strengthen our faith and bring glory to His name.
