Sometimes we spend so much time trying harder that we forget what Jesus actually asked us to do: Abide.

To remain in Him.
To stay connected to Him.
To draw our strength from Him.

Apart from Jesus, we can do nothing of eternal value. But when we stay close to Him, He produces fruit in our lives that we could never produce on our own. 🍇

Whatever this week holds, don't just strive... abide. 🙏

Yesterday morning, we concluded our sermon series, The Family Unit, with a powerful message titled "When the Family Unit Breaks."
We are thankful for the grace, healing, and restoration that God brings into our lives and families. We were reminded that God is not a God who simply sits with us in the ashes of our brokenness, He is the God who brings beauty from the ashes.

At Faith Community Church, we are committed to serving and discipling the entire family. And to all the dads out there, we want to celebrate you! If you haven't made plans yet, be sure to join us next Sunday for our Father's Day service as we honor and appreciate all fathers.

Don't underestimate what God can do through small, faithful steps. 🙏

That could be a prayer offered in faith. A kind word. A moment spent in God's presence. A conversation that points someone to Jesus. Often, the things that seem small to us are the very things God uses in a big way.

Keep trusting Him. Keep following Him. Keep planting seeds. God is at work, even when you can't see it yet.

Join us for a Pig Pickin’ on Saturday, June 13th at 5:30PM right here on church grounds. 🍖

We’ll enjoy a roasted pig, good food, and a time of real connection with brothers in Christ. Men are encouraged to bring a side dish and come ready for fellowship and community.
